Panic Disorder Treatment - Who or what holds the key on How to cure panic attacks? | The Linden Method Review is my Independent and Honest Opinion about a system that helped thousands of people worldwide.

Panic Disorder Treatment

The best thing about panic attacks and the ensuing panic disorder is that they both can be treated. PANIC ATTACKS TREATMENT or PANIC DISORDER TREATMENT with some self-help methods and occasionally therapy has proven to be quite successful in reducing PANIC DISORDER SYMPTOMS.

It is important that treatment is initiated soon after the first major panic attack as catching it early will keep it from spiraling out of control, which could lead the more complicated agoraphobia making recovery a long process and extremely difficult. The different methods of treating panic attacks and panic disorder are:

1. Self-Help

2. Therapy by a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Social Worker or an experienced Counselor,

a . Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
b. Exposure Therapy
c. Psychodynamic Therapy

3. Medication

These three methods of treatment offer the perfect answer to your three most troubling questions:

1. HOW TO HELP ANXIETY/

2. HOW TO DEAL WITH PANIC? and

3. HOW TO HELP DEPRESSION?

Self-Help Methods:

1. Educate yourself on your problem. You need to research and understand all your ANXIETY CAUSES and what exactly is ‘panic’ and all the symptoms that you are experiencing. Get onto online forums and discuss your symptoms with others who are experiencing similar attacks. This will help you understand your problem more clearly and also reassure you that you are not the only one who is suffering with this problem.

2. Avoid Nicotine and Caffeine. Cigarettes smoking and beverages with high caffeine content are known to increase the likelihood of panic attacks

3. Avoid vitamin supplements, diet-control pills, and medication prescribed for colds.

4. Breathing Exercises. You could try yoga or similar breathing exercises where you learn to observe your breath and to control your breathing. Breathing freely and deeply can reduce the most common symptom, hyperventilation, by allowing you to control your breathing and not feel a lack of control. There is, however, a school of thought that says that breathing exercises could worsen the symptoms. Proper breathing also is a form of NATURAL STRESS RELIEF.

5. Learn Relaxation Techniques. You can get NATURAL ANXIETY RELIEF and a CURE FOR DEPRESSION with several relaxation methods you could use like yoga and other meditation techniques to calm yourself down and reduce your feelings of anxiety and stress. They also tend to make you happier so dealing with every day stress is not so difficult any more and acts as an effective SOCIAL ANXIETY TREATMENT!

6. Enroll in Support Groups. Meeting people with similar problems can help you feel better about yourself. Most patients have this feeling that they are going crazy after they have experienced a panic attack. Talking to others who are faced with the same problem can help immensely in understanding that there is a CURE FOR ANXIETY and it is something that can be treated successfully.

CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy This form of therapy is by far the best method of treating panic attacks and disorder, and in severe cases, agoraphobia. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy analyses the patient’s thought and behavior patterns and tries to pinpoint the primary reasons that eventually lead to panic attacks.

It evaluates the very real fear experienced by patients in a realistic manner and makes the patient understand and manage his fear better. More than 70% of patients who have undergone Cognitive Behavioral Therapy report no recurrence of panic attacks, making it one of the best forms of treatment available for panic disorder. CBT has proven to be extremely beneficial to children.

Exposure or Interoceptive Therapy This is a bit more harsher form of therapy as it exposes the patient to similar sensations of the panic attack but in a safe space to teach the patient how to cope in the event of a recurrent attack. You may be asked over several sessions to simulate the symptoms of your panic attack.

As you get used to the same symptoms with no perceptible harm being done to your body, you will gradually lose the fear of getting such an attack again. This restores your self-confidence and makes you capable of once again dealing with your regular activities.

These are some of the symptoms you may be asked to simulate in each session and you may be asked to repeat them 5 to 10 times in a day:

1. Hyperventilating

2. Sitting in a chair and being spun to simulate the dizzy and disoriented feeling

3. Breathing through a straw and holding your breath to create sensation of breathing difficulty

4. Stationary jogging to make your pulse race and sweat Psychodynamic Therapy In this form of therapy, the focus lies in trying to bring out a patient’s underlying and unexpressed fantasies, fears, and conflicts that could be acting as the trigger for panic attacks.

Here the patient’s unvoiced angers, frustrations, and dependence issues are addressed. Once these are identified, an attempt is made to analyze these conflicts so the patient can confront and deal with them effectively. This also acts a kind of DEPRESSION THERAPY for dealing with DEPRESSION DISORDER.

Medication:

1. Anti-depressants are known to curb panic attacks and act as a DEPRESSION CURE. The most common MEDICATION FOR DEPRESSION used in panic disorder treatment are a. Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) b. Serotonin-Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNRI) c. Tricyclic antidepressants (TCA) d. Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI)

2. Anti-anxiety drugs like Benzodiazepines can prove to be very effective in COPING WITH ANXIETY and ANXIETY DISORDER SYMPTOMS but are highly addictive causing other problems.

There are also other alternative ANXIETY NATURAL REMEDIES like HERBS FOR ANXIETY and ANXIETY CURES that can be given. Your doctor will first try to identify the CAUSES OF ANXIETY before starting treatment. Although medication may reduce the intensity of the symptoms, it does not offer a permanent cure. As such, therapy and self-help methods have to be implemented along with medicines if the patient is to benefit favorably from such treatment.

Also, some drugs have an addictive effect and can cause very severe withdrawal symptoms when stopped so taking drugs has to be done under strict medical supervision taking into consideration the patient’s medical history, current symptoms, and concomitant medication that could interact adversely or interfere with the drug’s efficacy.

Once started, you should not stop medication abruptly to avoid adverse reactions and effects. If you realize that you are unduly anxious, it would be best to talk to your family doctor at the first SIGNS OF ANXIETY, and follow up with a mental health professional, who can treat you at an early stage.

Knowing that you are not alone plays a big role in your treatment and recovery.Panic disorder treatment starts at home with the support of family and close friends. Although medication coupled with psychotherapy can help you immensely, it is advisable to combine this with meditation and breathing exercises, and development of new hobbies and social activities as a social anxiety treatment for reducing the incidence of fears and anxious thoughts that could lead to panic attacks.

But anxiety can mean that we cannot live our lives in the way that we would want to and that is the sort of anxiety that you do need to do something about.

The Power of The Mind

Our minds are a very powerful thing. Perhaps when you know that you are about to face a situation that will make you feel anxious you go over and over it in your mind, preparing for ways in which something could go wrong. How does that make you feel? It probably doesn’t make you feel any better about being in that situation does it? In fact, this pattern of thinking will mean that you are more likely to feel anxious, and in fact it is one of the most common anxiety causes. So you need to do your best to stop yourself when you start to think like this. One way to do this is to do some thought replacement techniques, a method of natural anxiety relief. Since you will need some happy thoughts to replace your anxious thoughts with, try and find a thought that you particularly enjoy. Perhaps doing something that makes you happy; for me it is grooming horses. Another person may find imagining themselves painting a picture. When I start to feel negative thoughts take over I think about grooming horses and I replace the negative thought with the happy thought. It can be a very useful cure for anxiety in itself.

Your Body, Your Choices

We have already touched upon some of the causes of anxiety, such as stressful situations and maybe social situations, if you suffer from social anxiety. Social anxiety treatment may include a gradual increase in the proximity of groups of people, and a gradual increase of the amount of people that a person has to deal with. If you are the sort of person that feels anxious in a group of ten people then there is no point immediately jumping to a stadium of crowds. But there are things you can do yourself to help with all sorts of anxiety issues. One of them is to look to herbal remedies, as there are many herbs for anxiety that you can take in supplement form. You can also help with anxiety connected to stress by examining your diet and lifestyle. Proper exercise and a healthy diet will help your body in coping with anxiety. Since stress one of the causes of anxiety, and stress produces free radicals which are dangerous for our bodies and compromise our immune system we need to eat green leafy vegetables each day. These will provide our bodies with valuable antioxidants which combat free radicals that stress produces in the body. Another way to get natural stress relief is exercise. It is important to find a type of exercise that you enjoy and do it regularly. By looking after your body, and thus your mind, you will give yourself every chance to cope with situations that make you feel anxious.

Depression and Anxiety

Depression and anxiety frequently go together. If you are depressed then you are more likely to feel anxious about any given situation. Can you find a depression cure? It would be ambitious to say that there is one all round cure for depression but again, this is something that you can find some relief from yourself. Again, make sure that you are eating in a healthy way, including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet. Cut back on processed foods. Avoid alcohol because this is a natural depressant. If you go to your doctor they will tell you that there are many types of medication for depression, and while these can be useful some doctors prefer to use depression therapy. This is basically a combination of self-help therapies including some we have discussed like exercise, going to groups where people can discuss how they are feeling together, plus medication, and also one to one counselling.

Panic Attacks – When Anxiety Goes Too Far

Generally anxiety is a good thing. Anxiety can help you understand a dangerous situation and help you get out of it. High levels of anxiety mean that you do things quickly, like get out of a burning building. But anxiety at a high level can lead to panic. Panic is when you lose some control of the anxiety, and it tips over into a panic attack. You will feel your heart racing, you may feel like you cannot breathe, you feel like you are choking. You feel your chest tighten and you feel like you are about to die. These are symptoms of a panic attack, when you have these at times when there is no need to panic. If you have panic attacks like this, then you have panic disorder symptoms. Other symptoms you might experience are avoiding the areas where a previous panic attack was experienced and worrying about a panic attack occurring. However you can find panic attacks treatment, and actually you will find that coping with anxiety is part of this. One of the ways you can start to help yourself is to control your breathing particularly if you feel that a panic attack is beginning. By breathing slowly and deeply, you will help oxygen reach your brain and this will help you to think calmly and clearly. If your panic disorder is very severe then you will need to go to your doctor for panic disorder treatment. While we have covered some things that you can do to help yourself deal with anxiety here, there is much more to discover. You will find that there is great information out there written by qualified experts who will help you with your anxiety and the associated issues.

Panic Attacks Treatment - Who or what holds the key on How to cure panic attacks? | The Linden Method Review is my Independent and Honest Opinion about a system that helped thousands of people worldwide.

Panic Attacks Treatment

Panic attacks are relatively short periods of intense fear that can come on unexpectedly. They often have their greatest effects within 10 minutes after onset, and then symptoms will diminish in intensity over a few hours. Panic attacks can cause sufferers to feel hot flashes, chest pain, heart palpitations, nausea, and shortness of breath, trembling, hyperventilation, and feelings that they are “going crazy” or “going to die.” They can be extremely frightening experiences, and many sufferers will call them one of the scariest events of their lives. There is a wide variety of panic attacks treatment, ranging from therapy to medication or natural anxiety relief. A cure for anxiety has yet to be found, but effective treatment for panic attacks does exist. Often finding the proper treatment requires an understanding of the causes of panic, or the identification of underlying sources of anxiety in one’s life. Anxiety disorder symptoms can be difficult to deal with, but if addressed they can be managed.

Coping with anxiety is part of every individual’s life, but when life is disrupted by recurring panic attacks, seeking treatment is a necessity. In some individuals, there are signs of anxiety that precede the occurrence of a panic attack. These may not be obvious physical symptoms, but could simply be a noticeable level of anxiety, an obsessive thought, or a depressing life event. Causes of anxiety are very dependent on the individual, but recognizing the early symptoms of a panic disorder symptom may allow one to prepare more effectively for its onset. Often, when early warning signs are detected, some form of natural stress relief can minimize the influence of the panic attack. Activities such as deep breathing, meditation, or simply placing yourself in a “safe” environment may allow you to avert, or more calmly endure, a panic attack. Noticing early warning signs of panic attacks can require some understanding of what is causing the attacks, and this information may be elusive. At the very least, identifying panic attack triggers is crucial in managing panic attacks. Sometimes, these triggers are easy to pinpoint, as is the case with a phobia. In the case of phobias, panic occurs during exposure to a particular object or experience (e.g. spiders, flying in an airplane). Panic attacks can also be caused as side effects of medications or substances like caffeine or nicotine. If this is the case, the trigger can also be easy to identify and then removal of the trigger may reduce the effects of panic attacks. There are some cases of panic disorder, however, where a primary cause cannot be diagnosed. In these cases there may be an underlying biological pathology, or the panic disorder may be associated with another mental disorder (like obsessive-compulsive disorder).

Panic Disorder

When panic attacks occur repeatedly, an individual may be diagnosed with panic disorder. Panic disorder symptoms include recurring panic attacks as well as ongoing concern over the occurrence of more attacks. Diagnosis is usually done with the Panic Disorder Severity Scale. This seven-question screening tool asks the sufferer about the frequency of attacks, if they affect an individual’s life by causing them to avoid certain situations, and if they impair work or social functioning. If a patient scores above 9 on the scale, they will be more formally diagnosed. It may not be until someone is diagnosed with panic disorder that panic attacks treatment is utilized. This is unfortunate, as earlier identification may in some cases lead to a better opportunity to curb the progression of the disorder. Treatment can include cognitive behavioural therapy, which is a form of talk therapy where a psychologist helps you to identify and rationally deal with your fears. Often, cognitive behavioural therapy will involve slowly exposing a patient to situations that might cause fear, but in a controlled manner. This allows the patient to feel more secure and potentially teaches them how to deal with panic. Medication may be used in some cases as panic disorder treatment. Often, a sedative will be prescribed but antidepressants are also frequently prescribed for treating panic attacks as well as medication for depression.

Natural Treatments

In recent years, natural treatments for panic attacks have become more popular. Natural anxiety relief is often preferred because natural remedies don’t have side effects that can be encountered with pharmaceutical medications. Thus, medical practitioners have put a great deal of effort into identifying herbs for anxiety, among other natural remedies. Several herbs have become widely used by sufferers of anxiety attacks. One example is valerian, an herb that is often used for the treatment of insomnia, but may also be considered part of the collection of anxiety natural remedies. St. John’s wort is another widely used natural remedy. It is most commonly used to help treat depression disorder, but like other antidepressant medicines can also be used to treat panic disorder. As there are similar mechanisms underlying various mood disorders, patients find that methods devised for how to help depression are similar to ways to help anxiety. Another example of a natural anxiety cure is lavender, a flowering plant that is thought to calm and induce sleepiness. The attraction to these anxiety natural remedies is that, when you take them, you are not putting any synthesized chemicals into your body. Thus, it is thought that some of the side effects inherent in man-made chemicals can be avoided when natural remedies are used.

Panic disorder can be a debilitating disorder. It isn’t necessary to suffer with it when there are those out there who know how to deal with panic. Panic attacks treatment can vary depending on the cause of the disorder, but due to similarities with other anxiety disorders it may be the same as social anxiety treatment or depression therapy. There may be no such thing as anxiety cures (just as there is no depression cure), because anxiety is part of all of our lives. Therefore coping with anxiety is the way to go. There are, however, effective treatments. Thus, if one is suffering from panic attacks, being proactive and addressing the illness is the most beneficial route to take.

Panic Disorder Symptoms - Who or what holds the key on How to cure panic attacks? | The Linden Method Review is my Independent and Honest Opinion about a system that helped thousands of people worldwide.

Panic Disorder Symptoms

A panic attack can come on at any time in any place without the slightest warning. If you are overwhelmed by a sudden sense of intense fear and anxiety, and you feel suffocated with your pulse racing, you are probably the victim of a panic attack. These are just a few of several Panic Disorder Symptoms that could lead to full blown panic disorder if you do not get panic attacks treatment immediately. If you catch it early, chances are high for complete anxiety cures providing natural anxiety relief with herbs for anxiety, medication for depression, etc. And if left untreated, panic disorder can take over your life and you will not be able to function as a normal person in society or even within your family circle.

► Understanding Panic Attacks

It usually takes about ten minutes for a panic attack to develop fully and does not last more 30 minutes to an hour. Although the duration of an attack is very less, it traumatizes you for life. You know you are suffering from a panic attack when you experience signs of anxiety with any or all of these symptoms:

1. Breathing difficulty and suffocation

2. Racing Pulse

3. Palpitations

4. Violent tremors

5. Disorientation

6. Chest Pain

7. Profuse sweating

8. Nausea

9. Loose stools

10.Dizziness

11.Feeling of numbness

12.Tingling sensation all over the body

13. Hot flushes or feeling of extreme cold

14. Strong sense of fear especially of dying

15. Sense of being choked

16. Feeling of detachment from surroundings

17. Hallucinations

18. A sense of sheer terror

19. Nervousness

► Understanding Panic Disorder

If you have repeat episodes of unjustified anxiety disorder symptoms, you most likely have Panic Disorder, when you are in a constant state of worry over when you would have your next attack. You would also start avoiding situations and places where you experienced a panic attack and this can be set right with social anxiety treatment and natural anxiety relief with anxiety natural remedies and other natural relief measures. You also start losing confidence and feel anxious all the time. This makes you to eventually withdraw completely from society. You need to figure out methods of coping with these anxiety disorder symptoms, by figuring out the causes of anxiety, and seek panic disorder treatment from a doctor. The Top 5 Panic Disorder Symptoms are:

1. Anticipatory Anxiety: Anxiety caused by constantly anticipating another panic attack. This would make you extremely tense and living in fear becomes an almost permanent state of mind. This anxiety can disrupt your day to day activities.

2. Phobic Avoidance and Agoraphobia: You develop a phobia of places and people and situations where you have experienced panic attacks. You may also not want to go to places where you feel claustrophobic and feel blocked in with no scope for escape.

3. Sense of being ill: Repeated occurrence of various symptoms like feeling faint, a sense of imbalance, severe nausea and wanting to vomit, an acute pain in the chest, etc.

4. Behavioral Changes: You will notice a lot of change in your behavior patterns, which are commented on by family members, friends, and colleagues. The most pronounced would be a reluctance to interact socially and you would find yourself withdrawing into yourself and being in a state of constant fear.

5. Inexplicable State of Constant Fear.

► Panic Disorder Induced Agoraphobia

In rare cases, a panic attack could occur while you are sleeping. These are called nocturnal panic attacks and can cause severe breathing difficulty while waking the person up from deep sleep into a state of dread and total panic. People who experience nocturnal panic attacks are more prone to severe depression and mental disorders. When panic disorder worsens into agoraphobia, you will not feel safe when going to public places and you will want to avoid such situations desperately. This is especially so when there is a big crowd. You could say a person suffers from panic disorder induced agoraphobia when they experience any of the following symptoms:

1. Reluctance and refusal to step out of the house

2. Complete dependence on others

3. A sense of fear of being alone

4. Acute fear of closed places where escape is difficult

5. Fear of loss of self-control

6. Sense of complete detachment from people and surroundings

7. Helpless feeling

8. Extreme agitation and inexplicable fear

► Causes and Treatment of Panic Disorder

After each episode, you will continue to feel very anxious and fearful so a cure for anxiety has to be your priority. The most common fear is that another panic attack is imminent and how to deal with panic is easier said than done. A panic attack could easily occur in persons with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Abuse or Withdrawal from Drugs or Alcohol, Schizophrenia, or Multiple Personality Disorder. Anxiety causes could be many and mostly unexplained leading to severe depression disorder that can be cured only with natural stress relief and depression therapy. When a person also has underlying depression, finding a depression cure may be the first step in treating panic disorder symptoms. When the issue of how to help anxiety in patients experience panic attacks is addressed, then the chances of repeat panic attacks are lessened. A qualified doctor will know how to help depression in patients and offer the right treatment. So the key to relief from panic attacks and the imminent fear of panic disorder, lies entirely in the hands of immediate family members who should seek help for the patient as patients, by themselves, will not know that they have experienced a panic attack as their fears will be extremely real to them. Talking to friends and discussing the symptoms on forums can give you a good idea of how to go about handling your problem, if you are able to identify the symptoms, or at least for a family member to point you in the right direction. It must be remembered that panic attacks and panic disorders can be cured and the patient can return to normal life and normal social interaction. The fear caused by these attacks is so real that it can be extremely debilitating and it may take a long time of being free of panic attacks before a person is able to lose the fear and anxiety of worrying about a repeat occurrence.

CHARLES LINDEN METHOD REVIEW

Hi, and thanks for taking time to read The Linden Method Review which I have put together for your information.

The Charles Linden Method is a highly recognised Method throughout the world and I want to give you a really balanced opinion as I have seen many Linden Method reviews which I felt were not objective enough, so I truly believe my Linden Method review will be of great benefit.

Please note , This is a review page, to access the original Charles Linden page Click here ==> The Linden Method <==

But first, a word of introduction about Charles Linden. For starters this interesting Englishman is NOT a medically qualified doctor. But don’t worry- he doesn’t claim to be either! And, believe it or not, if you read through Linden Method reviews you will see how his Method is endorsed by medically qualified doctors, therapists and psychologists. This man did however; experience the attacks, fears, and worries along with all the physical symptoms that are part of these disorders. How To Cure Panic Attacks ?.He tried and tested ‘conventional’ methods, mostly medication, was unsuccessful and then developed his own method and cured himself.

Linden in a nutshell.

Anyway, my point is that although this man is not tripping up with letters after his name, he has compiled a very thorough and effective Method to relieve panic attacks, anxiety disorders and a whole array of other stressful disorders. So, if this guy is not a doctor is this Linden Method a scam I hear you ask! Not at all, but frankly if you think that, now is the time to stop reading.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea, I too have had my sceptical moments but they subsided after giving this Linden Method a complete unbiased review.
I have given you only basic information about Charles Linden but he in his book unreservedly shares with us the pain and suffering he went through for many years. He has felt the trauma and desperation that so many are feeling. Let’s face it, this man has first hand feelings on the subject, and KNOWS what he is talking about! (It’s understood that about 10% of the population will at some time suffer from various anxiety disorders)

So, let’s take a closer look at the Linden Method, How to Cure Anxiety. At the beginning of the book he shows and inspires us how to use the Method so that all the benefits can be truly achieved. Rather than berate you and tell you what you shouldn’t do, he tells you all the things you CAN do. He prepares your mind so that from the outset your mind is ready, willing and receptive of all the teaching and information you are about to receive.

He shows, and I can’t stress this enough, how YOU (the tormented soul) can achieve a normal, fulfilled life without the fear of your anxieties if you are prepared to follow and adhere to the plan. He calls the plan ‘The Nine Pillars’. An example of one of the pillars is Pillar 6 where he suggests we ‘stop relying on others while suffering from anxiety’, and if we think about it we realise that the only person to help you, is YOU.Simple, but true.

Now, before I go on, I want to clarify just what it is that Charles Linden is giving us the solution to. He is not offering a quick fix or miracle cure but, he IS offering a proven solution. A solution to panic attacks, anxiety disorders, social anxiety treatments, depression, fears-whether they be real or not,OCD sufferers and many more anxiety related conditions.

And,before I go any further, let’s be upfront here-anxiety disorders ARE treatable, and not just with pills and drugs but with effective self treatment methods like The Charles Linden Method. Look at it this way, if you are fed up and have exhausted all the drug related methods you have nothing to lose.
Throughout the 19 chapters of the book Linden discusses a specific point in each one, and gives useful tips and ideas on how to cope with each strategy. Of course, some are easier than others but he stresses early on that it is VITAL to follow the plan exactly. For instance, in chapter2 The Anatomy of Anxiety, Linden gives help and methods to relieve a VERY common anxiety that most of us suffer from at some time, Insomnia.

Practical, useful and innovative support.

Now, moving on, I have to admit I was intrigued by all Lindens expert examples and definitions of Phobias in chapter3.Expertly explained he gives detailed attention to resolving the fears and phobias experienced by so many. He simplistically displays for us the system; we just have to implement it.

Far fetched? Not at all. Read it and see for yourself. You can always avail of the refund offered by Charles Linden if you are not satisfied.

So, next, here’s what’s in store for you.

We all have busy lives, busy minds and not enough ‘me’ time-don’t you agree?

A huge area that is neglected by so many of us nowadays is relaxation and taking time for ourselves. Linden is a strong advocate of relaxation and says ‘relaxation is vital for a fast and permanent recovery’ (chapter 5, page 107)
He gives several effective methods for relaxation and most of them are free. Readily available in our everyday lives.

Readily available to help us on out road to recovery! He continues in his book to discuss medication, both the pros and cons, in chapter 8 gives more ‘natural’ treatments and also discusses environmental factors that can affect recovery and dedicates a full chapter to Child Anxiety which must not be forgotten.

There is not much that Charles Linden has not included in his book! Follow the link to access the original webpage ►►► Charles Linden Method ◄◄◄

Now I did say I was giving a balanced view, so let’s be fair, but in fact I did not come across any ideas or areas where you might fail, (if you follow it properly) BUT I would like to comment that we are all different individuals, and IF you were of the opinion that this wasn’t working for you, simply get a refund (although I seriously doubt you will need it). If you feel you need additional support just avail of the 12 months free counselling and client support service, remember you are not alone.
It’s not just you who is suffering and I suppose you could suffer in silence, but why? Why do you need to suffer when you could relieve yourself with Charles Lindens support?
Finally, I would like to add that while I was reviewing this book I actively tried some of the techniques and I felt more positive and more receptive of the world around me. With that said I would like to wish each and every one a healthy and successful read.

Go now to ►►► Charles Linden Method ◄◄◄

All the best

Andy

// ]]>

How to Cure Anxiety….and thank yourself for having done it.

As you probably know (because you are reading this, and have an underlying reason for that) it is estimated that about 10% of the population suffer from anxiety, and are constantly on a mission for a cure for anxiety.

Wow-cure anxiety attacks, wouldn’t that discovery make me a millionaire! And oh yes, let’s not forget..Natural anxiety cures-so I will be super rich then!!No, not quite, you know why? Because there are others before me who have a natural anxiety cure. WHAT?

Yes, believe it or not natural anxiety treatment already exists!

But before I share that with you, before we get to the solution let’s have a brief reminder of what the 10% feel like with these anxiety attacks. First of all, let’s accept that this kind of anxiety can happen to anyone-no one person is numbered out. In a nutshell every single one of us, at some time will most probably feel some kind of anxiety attack coming on.

So let’s begin.

Sweating. A feeling of your chest tightening, more sweating, and a sense of loss of control-you’re with me right?

Shall I continue?

Depression, headaches, dry mouth, irritability, loss of interest-I could go on and on,but, there’s no need ,let’s face it, you already know where I am coming from. You already know because you, like me are on the hunt for a cure for anxiety attacks .We, together are on a journey for treatment and hopefully a natural treatment for anxiety.

As you probably remember I previously said someone, in fact, there are many, who have the anxiety attack treatment. I did indeed so, tell me more you say. First off, there are too many to mention, but Charles Linden is one who has not only been recognised worldwide with his book, he has several clinics and retreat centres all over the world.(for example, the U.K and Germany, and for your information the U.K retreat centre is almost fully booked for 2011!)

But here’s the most important part-although you may have others to guide you to recovery, to help yourself as part of the natural treatment for anxiety, you have to face your worries and your stresses. But that’s not all. You have to be prepared to listen to your body. Any treatment for anxiety attacks will require you to be accepting.

It all comes down to this-although the places or people may be different, unless you decide to change your thinking, your anxiety attack treatment will not work. I’m telling you because I know. I’m telling you because I am travelling the same road, and you know what-I have accepted and I have found my natural treatment for anxiety. For what it’s worth, I truly believe that you, you have already started your search can find the natural treatment that you so long for…it just takes a decision from you and a little patience.

So, go ahead, treat yourself to a cure for anxiety attacks and get living again.

How to cure panic attacks? What are the reasons and who can cure panic attacks?

When will I find something to cure my panic attacks? Questions asked daily by thousands. Who has the perfect panic attack treatment? Questions and more questions! As you might guess the objective in this article to help sufferers, whether it is self help for panic attacks or help from others.

Before we go any further, I want to set something straight….there are cures, and here’s the thing-there is self help for panic attacks and there are natural cures for panic attacks. Isn’t that a relief? Furthermore, these cures are tried and tested all over the world. Let’s take a closer look then.

Firstly, what’s the definition of this term so loosely used? Oxford Online Dictionaries say “ a sudden overwhelming feeling of acute and disabling anxiety.”

For those of you who suffer you need no definition only solutions! Now don’t get the wrong idea, nobody is trying to belittle the fear and agony that one feels during a panic attack. Nobody knows better for example than the author Charles Linden himself who created the very successful Linden Method.

As he explains in his book he suffered for years and he explicitly shares his agony and pain with us in Chapter 1.He empathazizes with the reader because he has been there .He has been in that dark place, but you know what? He freed himself, (did you take notice I wrote-he freed himself) and he dedicates his book to his ‘guardian angel’- wouldn’t we all like one of these ‘angels’ at times? Maybe his method could be our guardian angel…but more of him later.

So can this be true? Is there such a thing as panic attacks treatment? Can we ‘free’ ourselves from this excruciating suffering? Why not? Believe me I am a bit of a sceptic too, but if you ask the thousands of people who have tried and tested Lindens method they are the proof.

And to show you proof here are some comments that were made “I have come to the conclusion that The Linden Method is soundly based in solid psychological understanding. It promotes emotional balance, the development of new memories of once feared situations, empowers the sufferer to step out with courage, to attempt new challenges and the programme is written in easily understandable language; it is also very easy to do. ”says Dr.Francis Teeney,Research Fellow at Queens University,Belfast.Ireland. This doctor ,along with others have tried and accepted that there are treatments, natural cures and there is, quite importantly self help for panic attacks.

“I have been trained by the very best in the fields of Psychology and Psychiatry as you can see by my credentials, and I endorse the Linden Method with highest regard. The Linden Method will give you all that you need.” Reports Dr.Romulo Valdez Jr.Ph.D.

And you know something else-nobody ever died of a panic attack…so THERE IS hope and there are answers to some of those niggly questions we started off with……

No matter how we phrase or we describe it-social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias or anxiety disorders, the sufferers whilst all having various anxieties know all too well that the symptoms and outcomes are very real. Curing social anxieties is a debate that has no end it seems.

For decades, the standard treatments for social anxiety disorders have been SSRI’s (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and BZD’s (benzodiazepines i.e.anti-depressants).Today too, this type of treatment is commonly used, and continues to be used as a treatment for social phobia and to cure social anxiety. Even so, whilst in the short term effective, most of these medications take at least 2-3 months before any positive result is seen. Cognitive-behavioural therapy is also widely used and effective throughout the world, but as most centres use a system of weekly 1 hour sessions, a longer period of time is required for the sufferer. So where do we go from here? It seems there is no short route or solution to this disorder. With any kind of prescribed medical assistance the treatment for social phobia is a lengthy and continuous process.

So, what kinds of social phobias and disorders are there?

While symptoms may be similar in the majority of most cases, every sufferer has slightly varying degrees of the symptoms, and different depths of the problem. Social disorders include not being able to go out in public, unable to go to social events, needing help with public speaking, blushing, unable to go to job interviews-the list is endless in fact. For example a high profile employee suffering from a fear of public speaking conducting business worldwide, the implications on his life and career can be disastrous if he does not find some way to cure and overcome his fear. The fear of public speaking, whether it is a high flying diplomat or a college student the worries are all too real. It is thought the fear of public speaking is the most common social phobia. This kind of fear is described as a specific disorder. The other types are known as GAD’s (generalised social anxiety disorders)….and we all may have a little of this from time to time.

Before we cure our problem we must be aware of the symptoms, and there are too many to mention but a few are-excessive sweating, rapid breathing, dry mouth, feeling dizzy and a pounding heartbeat. While many of us get nervous and maybe a little stressed before an interview or important social occasion, we do not let it interfere with the running of our daily lives. However for those whose daily life and whole concern concentrates on the disorder their lives are continually disrupted and uncomfortable. Often these sufferers will get symptoms weeks before an event and may often be physically ill and worry for weeks.

So, after diagnosis what can we do to alleviate the symptoms? How can we get help to stop the sweating, the shakes and overcome fear of public speaking or venturing into social events?

As mentioned in the beginning medication can be useful and effective for some people, but a great deal of persistence is needed as medicines don’t bring overnight miracles. Self help treatments like exercise and changing diet can also bring improvements. How can that be true you ask, well, just look at any recent research and they all mention diet and exercise.

And finally..the good news is…… that there is good news. There is hope.

Better still, there are solutions and we have found a cure to relieve years of misery. All the previously mentioned disorders and phobias are very successfully treated with fantastic results that can have life changing success stories. So how is this you ask…Let me tell you more…..

It is now up to the sufferer to make a conscious decision that they are ready to learn, input time ,change their way of behaviour and listen to the given advice and accept that they no longer desire to suffer from these afflictions. Cure fear of public speaking. Cure social anxiety disorder. Cure agoraphobia..whatever it is…..

The solution to the problem lies within the person. The cure is within the own hands of the sufferer.
